An interview with local farmer Marino Bocuzzi

WICC caught up with Denmark cattle farmer, Marino Bocuzzi, who approached Wilson Inlet Catchment Committee regarding his concerns for a perennial creek which feeds the Denmark River in mid 2019.  His cattle had unrestricted access to the creek.  The understory had disappeared and the once free flowing creek had become a muddy mess.  Using Regional Estuaries Initiative funding we constructed an alternative water point, stock crossing and fencing which excluded the stock from the creek.
Listen to a short interview with Marino.
