Board member intentions

Hi Board  - our AGM is coming up on the 16th of November at the Riverside Club.  We currently have 10 members on our board (which is the limit as per Constitution).  Each board member has a 2 year term (meaning they don't have to stand for re election if they were elected / re-elected at the 2021 AGM).  These six people are:

Greg Sounness
Dave Rogers,
Mark McHenry
Dave Rogers
Eddy Buckovic
Benita Cattalini

HOWEVER, 1/2 the board must stand down at each AGM.   This means at least one of 6 people above needs to stand down (you can still put your hand up for re-election.

The following 3 board members have served their 2 year term.  They will be automatically stood down at AGM.  They are welcome to put their hand up for the board again of course and they do not need to give any prior notice if they intend to stand for election again:

Jenny Brenton
Kylie Cook
Roger Seeney

In addition to this, Sarah Taylor was a mid term appointment.  As per Constitution she will have to stand down at AGM and then (hopefully she does) renominate.

Any WICC members (not Board Members) whom intend on running for election to the Board must notify WICC in writing as per our Constitution.  We have had one nomination from May Carter whom is on our Eungedup Management Group (see her nomination and CV attached below).  I can potentially tap other WICC members to put their hand up for nomination, however I would only go to this effort if it appears there are gong to be several vanacines on the board.  Hence the poll below...

Can you please tick one of the boxes below?  thanks.
