​Volunteers are an essential part of WICC’s ability to make a positive contribution to our catchment.  We welcome people of all abilities and backgrounds.  WICC volunteers can contribute a few hours or something more involved and ongoing.  Totally up to you.  If you are interested in volunteering please complete the 'Register Your Interest' at the bottom of this page.  Want to know more?  Browse the opportunities below....
Hand plant native seedlings using Pottiputkis. Training provided.
Cleaning and counting seeds for propagation.
Pick seed under supervision for local revegetation projects.
Carry out bird counts as part of the Denmark Bird Group. All data supplied to Birdlife. Training provided.

Help maintain our tracks and keep the wetlands rubbish free
A cockatoo survey assesses population size, habitat use through observation and data collection.

Carry out bittern surveys at Eungedup Wetland. September - December. Training provided.
Help manage cage trapping for feral cats and foxes at Eungedup. Trapped ferals dispatched by local vets. Training provided.
