National Landcare Program (NLP)

The NLP was one of WICC's flagship programs, focusing on biodiversity, soil health and coastal waterways.  WICC used its current planning documents(Lindesay Link CAP, WICC Strategic Plan and Wilson Inlet Management Strategy) in the implementation of the NLP outcomes in order to  deliver natural resource management across the Wilson Inlet catchment from July 2015 to June 2018.  This program was fully acquitted and independently audited in July 2018.  WICC overachieved on all of our contracted outputs with a $32 overspend on the 3 year, $487,000 program.
