a) First register online at Mineral Titles select the "Mineral Titles Online" option.
b) complete your registration by going to your email and clicking the link they provide.
A second email will be sent with your User ID. c) login with the User ID provided in the email

d) select "Online Transactions" from the menu bar across the top.
e) next from the menu bar down the side select "Warden's Court Transactions" and a drop down menu appears
f) select "Lodge an Objection"
g) select "Tenement Application" - click on the next button on the bottom right of your screen.
h) the tenement ID is E70/6408 or E70/6409 - follow the prompts to complete the online objection.
Note that attachments can be uploaded at the end of the online objection process, though these must be mentioned in your objection as "additional information attached as Appendix A" or similar wording.select the "Mineral Titles Online" option.
At the end of this document is a list of grounds for objection we have put together which can be used as a guide to help lodge your objection.

2. Within a few days you will should receive an email with a stamped copy of your objection
and a letter with details of dates and actions required.
3. You are then required to serve your objection on the applicant by the due date (within 14
days of lodgement). This is done by:
Sending a copy of your stamped objection via registered post, to the applicant -
with a completed affidavit (form 35) and having both the affidavit and the receiptfor the registered post witnessed by a JP, you then upload the JP witnessed affidavit and receipt to the DMIRS website as proof the applicant was served.
